-One (1) week done, Thirteen (13) weeks to go.

-Completed 3 bike rides (90kms), 3 paddles (3 1/2hrs), and 2 swims (250m, 300m)

-Training schedule disorganized but will get that right starting next week. I must get a finite schedule for all dsiciplines, and must meet schedule(s)

-Plans are to build base distances up over the next 2 weeks to (bike 50km, swim 1km, paddle 1 1/2hr) and then, on a regular basis, increase intensity and distance of each discipline--1 of each out of every 5 workouts.

-Highlight of the week was today's paddle on Lake Thomas, ploughing the Sunburst through 'big' white caps which exploded over the deck--should have had the skirt on, got pretty wet and took on some water.

This is fun! The other blogs I'm reading are based on the busy lives of kids and relatives, or someone's travels. We need some pics of you paddling and ...gasp...running
